ESTF for Beginners: 

    This is a course designed for the basic beginner in Climbing & Rappelling.
It teaches you how to put on your own harness with anchors or ropes, tying knots, using technical gear we provide and how to climb basic rock and to have the fun of coming back down by Rappelling.

INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION:
    We are one of the best and most educated Rock Climbing Instructors and Technical Instructor Certification units around.  We have a perfect safety record.  No one has ever gotten hurt.  We have rescued many so called "Expert Climbers", while out in the field as we are training.  It is also for those who want to learn the Technical Gear / Rescue gear and how to save others or help others having problems with knots, devices, climbing aids, etc.

INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION NOTICE:
    The ESTF & SAT-SAR go under the Martial Arts application of demeanor.  You demonstrate a cocky, arrogant & egotistical attitude and your out the door.  There are NO EXPERTS in this course.  EXPERTS are the one's who get you killed  !!
You must have discipline.

SAT-SAR, Seattle-Tacoma Search & Rescue Training Unit:   The ESTF, Eiger Sanction Mountaineering Task Force is a training group of Technical Rescue Rock & Rappelling Climbers.  We teach to the public, sponsored by the United States Karate Kung Fu Federation.  We have a ranking system similar to the military for certification to all climbers and those desiring to become Certified Assistant Instructors & Instructors.

For your knowledge, confidence level, demonstration of calmness, expertise, rescue ability, coordination, balance, timing, and leadership skills will earn you military style ranking with Certificates  !!!

You start off as a student of the climbing & rappelling world and then move up in the following ranks depending on time in grade, knowledge, skills, and time spent with us teaching or assisting:
































































































































































































































































































We have been to several climbing courses, classes and Institutions for climbing.  The ESTF is the most fun, and most safety conscious I have ever known.  It is also a tough certification course.

It is MANDAT0RY to finish the entire course to receive any Ranking or Certification for Search & Rescue Operations with SAT-SAR & ESTF.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

The ESTF, Eiger Sanction Mountaineering Task Force under the SAT-SAR, Seattle-Tacoma Search & Rescue Training Unit has been in existent since 1985.  Not one person, has ever been hurt in rappelling, climbing or rescuing hikers, climbers and or lost campers.  No other organization has this kind of record and no other organization that we know of teach's so much in such a short course.  It is a complete Technical Rock Climbing Rescue Instructors Course  !!!

The Eiger Sanction Mountaineering Task Force has always been an advocate of SAFETY FIRST.  With that concept for the last 25 years, no one has ever been hurt in our climbs or classes  !!  We have Black Belt Instructors, so they are all Traditional Martial Arts Certified Black Belts, which means that they are not renegades or losers of life; they have discipline, they had dedication, they have loyalty to you the student in making sure your safe and that you will have fun & learn.

    We continue our training and teaching under the Seattle-Tacoma Search & Rescue Training Unit.  You can join too.  No meetings, no classes mandatory to attend, we go on life experiences.  The higher the rank you go, the more you have don in your life.  Losers of life sit back and complain or make fun of others.  Winners do not take drugs and go out to accomplish many things in life.
